Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital research reports sold by Symplifye UK Ltd (company number 12953447, registered in England and Wales; registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ), trading as Intel Signals.

1. How your order is sold

Our reports are sold and fulfilled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment and handles billing and refunds. Your purchase is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's refund policy, which this policy follows.

2. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have.
